in designing and planning of our sauna world, we strive to maximize your full refreshment and relaxation. In Scandinavian culture, a sauna is called a \u201csacred place\u201d with its magical power, separated from the swimming pool area, so helping to complete your relaxation.<\/p>\n

Finnish sauna<\/span><\/h4>\n

The classic sauna is a high temperature, 90-100 \u00b0C hot room with low humidity, which has a powerful detoxifying effect on the body. To achieve the ideal detoxification process, it is recommended to use a sauna for 1.5 to 2 hours, 3-4 cycles (one cycle of 8 to 15 minutes), rest and cooling phases<\/p>\n

It is a big burden on the heart and blood circulation, so caution is recommended for those with cardiovascular problems. The heated body is gradually cooled in a cold bath or shower and relaxing this form is recommended to close with a 30-minute rest.<\/p>\n

Infrared sauna<\/span><\/h4>\n

The healing effect of the infrared sauna lies in the fact that the rays flowing inside the cabin are transformed in our body into heat which flows through the body. The metabolism thus accelerates, our body refreshes and becomes healthier and our skin looks brilliant. Up to half an hour of infrared treatment is beneficial against flu, allergic and rheumatic symptoms, muscle cramps, back and limb injuries.<\/p>\n
