Sauna

The swimming pool has two Finnish saunas. The sauna area includes showers, toilets, and restrooms. The sauna is provided from mid-September until the end of April. Guests will receive an entry sheet. outdoor plunge pool for the sauna has a depth of 130 cm, and an average water temperature of 17 ° C.

From Monday to Thursday, there are swimming lessons in the swimming pool. Our swimming pool guests have access to the swimming pool during training sessions.

Morning swimming is possible every day between 5:30 a.m. and 8:40 a.m. (entry only with a pass), except Monday. During the morning swim, swim training takes place at the following times:

• Tuesday 6:15 – 7:15
• Wednesday 6:15 – 7:15
• Thursday 6:15 – 8:15
• Friday 6:15 – 7:15
• Saturday 7:15 – 8:15

Our swimming pool guests have access to the swimming pool during training sessions.
